Is there now an extra balance in your Public Mobile account? Public Mobile will only provide refunds if it's the result of a mistake by Public Mobile. In any event, any extra balance in your Public Mobile account will stay there for future use, so why this may not be the most desirable outcome to not to remedy such an over payment, any such refund can sometimes take a few weeks to process.
