Over charged for service

I have been charged 42.94 for a $ 40 plan. Also $2 autopay credit is not deducted. Kindly look into this.

Everyone has to pay taxes on their service. I know this sux but it is part of life, guaranteed two things in life: taxes and death, that's what grandma always told me. 🙂

@supreetjossan13 , there are taxes so you were charged $38 + 13% taxes to get $42.94

@supreetjossan13 What is your province? If your Autopay is enabled, you got your 2$off, but were charged 42.94 because of taxes.

@supreetjossan13you have to pay taxes on your bill. Its $38 + 13% applicable taxes = $42.94.
