I have changed carrier a month ago and you guys still charged me this month. I would like a refund please

Did you port your number out?
If you did your account should be immediately closed.
If you did not port your number then account should be active so log in and remove autopay. Contact agent to remove credit card info from your account, too.
If account is supposed to be closed BUT you got charged contact agent for refund or ask chargeback from your bank.

Did you port out your number from public mobile or did you just start up a new account with new number somewhere else @Mavtothez ?
If you still have the public mobile sim card can you call 611 from it when inside a phone telling you about your account, or log into My Account...if so you account has not closed yet. So porting still pending, or you did not port out or did not remove Autopay...
Do you have this card connected to any other public mobile account?
If these end up being Authorized/Approved card charges contact CSA to remove your payment details.
