Ported over yesterday at 6pm and the phone is still not receiving calls - it goes straight to a message that the VM is not yet set up but the pm voicemail was setup. Everything else works well. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Still waiting for a resolution for my wifes line? It has been 2 weeks now. Got a reply via twitter but cant pm public mobile there. They did not add me but asked me to send my info that way?

I tried pming a mod and twitter saturday, still no response. Its my wifes line so she is really starting to frown upon my judgement to go with publicmoblie. lol This is starting to look really MickeyMouse...

@raceway that happened to me too. I thought that by waiting overnight the porting would sort itself but it didn't. I sent a direct message to their Twitter platform and everything was sorted out in a matter of minutes. I found that out of all the communication platfroms I've tried, Twitter was the fastest. Good luck! It might take a while considering how many people are porting over from other carriers now.
Also, if you can't send them a direct message, try tweeting them letting them know that the Direct Message isn't sending and they'll send you one from their end (:

hi..
this means your port has not fully been done yet.....your old sim will probably still work as well for incoming calls.... restart phone...if still problem, wait a littl longer until this afternoon...if still a problem than you have to contact one of the moderators via private message..
