I bought online  a sim card on May 1st..still waiting? What could I do to get the sim card??

I know PM was having issues with shipping out SIM cards last week. I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent through Start a Chat or private message them on this Community page to see if the SIM was shipped out since it is over 3 weeks.

You can pick one up at a Telus/Koodo store or Amazon for $4.99 but Canadian Cell Supplies are sold out.

Check your local mall for a Telus / Kodoo kiosk might have 'em.
