Hi, I am transferring my number to Public Mobile and for some reason I am stucked at the step where it asks to confirm the number. I do not receive the OTP. I have tried requesting a new password. There doesn't seem to be an option to request an email instead.
Can someone help?

@Isaac28 if you are not able to get the code via email you would need to engage PM.

Yes I am using the PM app and yes I replied Yes. It ported almost instantly but now I am stuck and unable to receive the OTP

Are you using the PM app and did you reply with YES to confirm you are porting over to PM with your old SIM in your phone?
You old SIM should still work until porting is completed before switching the SIM.
