I renewed my subscription March 7th. But I changed my subscription for more GB today March 9th. Do you know is it possible to offset? How do I do it?

PM is a prepaid provider and do you have provide refund. If your old plan renewed on March 7th and you made a plan change using Change Now today, you wasted 28 days of services on your old plan that was renewed 2 days ago
But we heard PM agent was able to help to cancel the immediate plan change. Try to get to them today and hope they can do you a favour
