Tried to transfer my number from here to Virgin mobile Accepted the text request but never worked. Cant get thru to support to port out, only port in. Can anyone help?

When porting out, you won't get much help from this end. Usually they say its your new provider to figure it out and fix it.
Just make sure that you provided the correct Public Mobile account number and that the account is active and you can receive sms.
