New public customer. I selected to keep my old phone number. Did the transfer worked for 3-4 days. Now today the number associated with my account is a different number but it still wants to verify with my old number. Anyway I can get my old number back?

I callled the number she said she was going to restart the transfer process and this morning it still hasn’t worked.

Enter the temporary number that you’ve been assigned, because the port failed, not the number you’re trying to port from the other service provider.

Ok keep it in, call the number that @HALIMACS provided to have it re done.

the port was not done. Leave your old sim card in the phone. Then call PM porting team and ask them to retrigger the porting request. You will get a text from your old provider, reply YES. Wait an hour or so, your old sim will stop working, then you can put the PM sim card in.

I just put my old SIM card in and it is still active and all my text and miss calls are coming in.

Did you also verify that your old providers services is still working? You can test your old SIM card.
