Hi Public Mobile Support, I am trying to port my Canadian phone number from CTExcel (China Telecom MVNO) to Public Mobile, but CTExcel is not listed in the “Old Service Provider” dropdown in the app, and there is no “Other” option available. I have the port-out account details and the number is active. Can you please help me submit a **manual port-in request** for this number? I can provide the phone number, CTExcel port-out account number, account holder name, billing postal code, and any other required information. Thank you.

1) Choose a new number which is a temporary number
2) After activating the number and account, go to account settings and transfer number
3) enter the number you want to port in, pick TELUS as the carrier, and then use current phones IMEI number or account number
The number should then be transferred from CTExcel to PM , there did not need to use a pin code or text confirmation.

@ANDY3601 get a new temperory number first. Once account is setup and activated, use the Transfer number from Profile page on My Account to request porting (less to fill out) or open a ticket PM CS agent to assist for a manual port
