Hi @Lois53, if your number transfer shows as invalid, double-check that the account information with Bell matches exactly (account number, PIN, and billing details). Also, make sure the number is active and eligible for transfer. If it still fails, contact your new carrier—they can often complete the transfer manually.

Invalid usually means that it can't be transferred to Public Mobile.  In some places, numbers from there can't be transferred to Public Mobile because the transfer rules say that Public Mobile has to have their own phone numbers for the same place.  Which location is the phone number from?
