Number transfer nightmare

This is just too much.

Hi, I'm switching from freedom mobile and while they sent me the request message, PM automatically switched my esim and my reply to freedom didn't go through. Now they are saying PM has to semd another request. Can someone assist? Is there a darn phone number one can talk to an agent? Can telus help?

Nope, FM is still active and i, switched to FM esim so i can at, least use my phone. I can call out with PM esim, but can't call out nor receive /send text messages. FM says PM has to send another request for porting out. 

 

That mean the port is done!!

You can confirm if Freedom to see if the account already closed

And you can enable back the PM sim card, reboot phone and see if you can receive calls and make calls

I've already called them. Says can't find my phone number porting request, try different number. What? Geeez

You just need to disable the PM esim for now, but don't delete, then turn on the Freedom esim 

Now ask PM porting team to re send the port request to Freedom and this time you will get the  text.  For PM porting team number,    I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them

Contact a CS_Agent to have Freedom resend the porting request.

Take a look at your message box in the top right corner. I will send you a number to call to get a second request sent.
