Number transfer failure

• Incoming calls straight to voice mail. Previous carrier has confirmed problem with number transfer. Told me to have new carrier send request for phone number transfer again. Even though I responded to SMS to authorize transfer by responding YES to request within 90min. Need help. Not ideal service only receiving text messages and outgoing calls.

Did you put in the old account # or the phone IMEI? Use account #.
Is your old service still working?
Call the number and put the old sim back in a phone to confirm again.
