Usually, this means that number porting has failed because of incorect account information. Please double check the account number for the old carrier.
In the meanwhile, you should be able to keep using your old carrier's service.

You can contact Moderator by press that button in bottom right corner your screen with ? in it, and they will reply via private message you'll see a red number bubble in your top right corner screen in the envelope button - it could take 48 hour for reply.
