If I port my number to another carrier, will i get refund on the number of days remaining on plan. The plan got topped up again today...

As @kb_mv mentioned, I had made an earlier suggestion to another user that perhaps one may be able to 'negotiate' transferring an unused balance IF you're moving from PM to either Koodo or Telus.
I have no idea if they'd be willing to consider this, but if the alternative is that a member of the Telus group of companies might lose a customer to the competition, it's certainly worth the ask.

Did you port you number out before midnight EST yesterday?
If yes, create a moderator support ticket for help using the Chat button at the bottom right corner of this page.
Otherwise, you ported your number out on the new billing cycle starting today.

PM plan are prepaid plan. There is no refund of unused days for prepaid service in Canada.

@scarlett15 Unfortunately not. PM is pre paid so you are out of luck. I have seen mention of people porting out to Koodo or Telus asking if their balance could be carried over to their new account. Worth asking if this is the case, BEFORE you do the port.
