Number port issue

Hello,

I am having number porting issues.

I am transferring my number from Freedom mobile.

Unfortunately, i was having issues and was not able to reply to the number porting text msg from Freedom until a day later (yesterday). 

My number from freedom still is not porting over into my Public mobile sim

Hi @KimwingSeeto I hope by now you have contacted the moderators, as suggested above.

While you are waiting for moderators' reply, you may call the porting number I sent you by private message.  Check the envelope icon on top right of the page for a number to pop up and click on it.  Please do not post that number in the forums.  thanks

Unfortuantely, the text message from Freedom Mobile needed to be replied to within 90 minutes.  You'll have to re-request the number porting by opening at ticket at:: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
