Hi, I just got a new account at Public. my phone number is. But the number is not ported over. Can you please contact me for next steps.

Has your issue been resolved ? I have a similar issue and none of the moderators have got back to me since yesterday.

I see that 647-770 phone numbers are originally from Freedom Mobile and that you want to transfer that phone number from Freedom Mobile to Public Mobile.
If you activated your Public Mobile account and took a new number assigned to your by Public, by all means, simply follow the self-servce procedure to port your phone number.
However, if you have already made the request to transfer that 647-770 to Public Mobile, and you still can't receive incoming phone calls on your Public Mobile service, you will need a Public Mobile moderator/employee to resubmit another number portabililty request. Make sure that you have your Freedom Mobile account number available as that will ease the process to have your phone number transfered in.

@kalsoomc please remove your phone number to this forum as it's public community not private just for your personal security. You should contact MODs if porting process failed

Since this is a public forum, you might want to remove your phone number.
- Click on "My Account" in the top right corner. Create an account or log in if you already have one.
- Then click on the "Plan and Add-Ons" tab and then "Change Phone Number"
