Number has not been ported

Signed up with PM at London Drugs just yesterday evening and looks like my number hasn't been ported over yet. I cannot sign up self-serve as it says my number is invalid (probably because it hasn't been ported) but I still got messages from Public Mobile saying that my account has been credited $20.

Don't stress...it can take up to 48 hrs to port.

@GitGudSam it may take them a bit to get back to you, sounds like they are pretty busy at the moment--likely due to a few very popular promos running at the moment.

@GitGudSam It looks like your porting process is stuck due to some error. You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team and they will get in touch with you as soon as the can. Due to high volume of requests, it might take long to hear back from them.

  • The number you want to port, PM sim number, old account number, old account name exacly as on bill
Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:
  • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount
How long until they reply?:
  • Office Hours: Mon-Friday 9am to 9pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 7:30pm [Toronto Time].
  • Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received
  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
  • There is no need to send multiple messages.
