Hi,
I changed my phone number a few days back.
On My Account it shows that the number has been changed,
However, this is not reflected on my handset.
In addition, I am unable to make any calls, although my monthly dues have subsequently been deducted from my account.
Furthermore, when I call the new number from a different line, I get a message that the number is not in service.
How to restore service, please?

Thanks for the responses (all 3). I have tried, and now have contacted the moderators.

You can also try a network reset of the phone.
You could try to put your SIM card in another working phone. This helps determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem. If PM service problem, then you will need to contact moderator as described above.

@kristofostos try restarting the phone, turn it off, wait 30 seconds and restart it. If this fails, try the lost/ stolen trick to reset your service. From your self service account enable the lost/ stolen feature log out, wait 5 minutes, log in and take it off. Log out and restart your phone.
If it fails contact the moderators and ask them to reset your service for you. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

hi put your phone in airplane mode for five minutes then restart phone take out of mode and try if that doesn't work contact a moderator click on the ? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator to reset account check the envelope top right corner for a reply response time is 2 to 48 hours
