Number Transfer Stuck – Partial Port (Incoming Calls & SMS Routing Issue)

My number transfer from Rogers is stuck in a partial port.

Outgoing calls work, but incoming calls and SMS still route to Rogers.

I already approved the transfer by SMS.

Please escalate this to the porting team and re-push the port / HLR update.

I have already contacted Rogers, and they have released my phone number.
