Hey everyone, I'm sorry I have to ask this, I can't seem to find anything via searching, or reading various posts, and I'm sure I've seen the answer before --- I just can't find it!!
I just went throught a successful AutoPay overnight, but I didn't receive any notifications regarding it happening. For example, I expected a txt or email from Public Mobile as a reminder to say it's going to happen, and/or a txt or email to say it has been completed. I didn't get either of them.
Am I wrong to expect this (getting notifications), or should I only be concerned if I get a notification ??
I'm really sorry if this has been answered before, I just can't find it via search 😞 I love to search!

i got one before auto pay too, just saying that I have a payment coming up. But it just tells me if I have auto pay to disregard the message

Thanks everyone! I just got the success txt at 12:02 EDT. I just jumped the gun I guess.
I *may* have got one before autopay, and ignored it, but I only have one message at this time from 611.

I get notifications for upcoming renewal as well as successful renewal.

I received a text a few hours after my auto pay if I remember correctly.

I definitely received t exts, two of them i think, cant remember why two but there were two!

I did receive a text message from PM around noon on the day of my successful renewal. You might be getting it soon.
EDIT: I just checked my message history. In fact, there are three texts I received around my renewal date of Feb.13.
Feb.10 at 12:06pm, three days before my renewal date:
Public Mobile here. Just a heads up, your payment is due on Feb.13. If you're on Autopay or have already paid, please ignore this message.
Feb.13 at 12:03pm, after successful renewal:
