Easy way is to Contact a Mod.
You must include your:
email address,
Simcard #,
Porting number,
Old account #,
your full address and your full name.

Koodo and PM share the same network so phone comptability should be causing this issue.

have you tried restarting your phone, or putting the sim into different phone, sometimes phones are not compatible to CDMA, try checking your phones compatibility over here: https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-started
