Nothing is working

Hello, so i just recently switched over from koodo to public mobile and after about a day of waiting, i was sad to see that nothing is working. No data, cant call or text, cant transfer my koodo nunber over. ive tried every solution i can on the forums, but none seem to work. Pls help

Easy way is to Contact a Mod.

You must include your:

email address,

Simcard #,

Porting number,

Old account #,

your full address and your full name. 

 

 

Koodo and PM share the same network so phone comptability should be causing this issue.

have you tried restarting your phone, or putting the sim into different phone, sometimes phones are not compatible to CDMA, try checking your phones compatibility over here: https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-started
