I demanded two SIM card in December but I didn’t receive yet. Please help me. My order is 150xxx about 10-30-2018.

Yes only mods track a shipment.
You can also buy sims at retail locations. There is a free sim card and next month free promo happening now if you activate at retail stores.
Use a referral from a current public mobile customer to get additional $10 and then use first account as referal for second number.
