Reboot your phone by powering off then back on.
Did you reply to the text with YES confirming you are porting over to PM with the old active SIM in your phone? You have 90 minutes to reply or porting your old number will be cancelled and need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you at:

Did you just port your number over from another provider? If yes, did you get the confirmation text from old provider to port number?
Have you tried rebooting phone, resetting network settings or trying sim in another unlocked phone?
