There could be an outage in your area if you recently didn’t port your old number over to PM.

If you ported your number then you miss the major step pointed out by others.

Did you port your phone number in from another carrier? If yes, did you leave your old sim in your phone to get the confirmation text from your old carrier to port your number out?

Did you request a number to be ported in? If you have requested that, incoming calls and text messages won't work until number porting is complete. Please re-insert your old company's SIM card so that you can reply to a text message that they send for porting authorization.
