I have purchased public mobile phone plan for the first time and I faced the issue to receive SMS. I can text other people, but they can't reach me back. What should I do?

Hello @Annarhiia , Did you transfer a number in from another service provider? If so, did you reply "Yes" to the text sent from the previous service provider before switching to the Public Mobile SIM in your device? If you have missed the 90 minute window to reply 'Yes' to that text, you'll need to contact a Customer Support Agent for further assistance.

Did you port your number from a different provider or did you pick a new one?
Did you reboot your phone after activating?
