hello! I've been reading several posts about porting numbers from Fido and issues with texts sent to authorize sign ins. It has now been 11 business days and we still are not receiving the second factor authentication code texts sent from Banks, nexus and the cra. We were hoping the 7 business day hold time would solve our problems but it still continues! We are now locked out of the PublicMobile app because it also sends a code and we are not receiving that. Does anybody have any suggestions!? Everytime I go to support ticket, it goes to a 404 page?

Thanks all - still not receiving login/code texts! CSA has not returned email. We can't login to anything! Is there a porting number anywhere??? What do we do?

Is your fido number also working or no? Are you able to use you phone at present?

You can reach out to a CS Agent for assistance. You may wish to ask them to reset your network for you in case that's the issue.
