It's easy to accidentally hit that Accept as solution button. You can undo it by clicking on the little down arrow in the upper right of that post and remove the solution. It doesn't make sense that a bunch of questions is the solution. Unless of course in there was a hint leading to the fix. A followup would be good to know then.

Do you have full service: you can call and receive calls, sen/receive SMS, Internet working?
Did you recently port your number? Did you port from real land line?

How are you sending the 2FA code?
By email or text? Normally text is faster but lately both are just as fast.
Try both and see if that works.
