I had a basic Canada Wide subscription and recently changed it to a Canada-Us-Mexico plan as I was vacationing in Mexico. I am now back from vacation and want to change back to my basic Canada Wide plan but the app only shows the Canad-Us-Mexico plans (no Canada only plans).
Why can’t I downgrade?. Do I have to cancel my contract and make a new one ?. Maybe time to switch providers.

hi @rhyspat1234 what plan you have now?
yes it is harder to downgrade but not impossible. just check back Weekly for new offers, especially Black Friday is coming

Thanks for the answer.
Seems odd that I’m now locked in to only high tier plans now.
WARNING to those thinking you can switch to any of the plans that are on the website if you think you might be able to go back, you can’t.
Public Mobile if you are monitoring this, I will be switching the 4 people that I have on plans to another provider if this stays like it is

the plans offered is based on your current profile, you might not get back your original plan. you can only change to what offered for you
