Hi, I bought some recently and activated it on Mar 27. I am facing issue in receiving calls alone. Please check and do the needful

I submitted ticket with customer support. They mentioned as issue with sim only. Working on it .

@Suzie3   did you ever receive the Porting Authorization text from your old provider and did you reply YES within 90 minutes?  

 

There is a porting support line you can call and talk to live support.  I will message you the number and you can call and confirm if the porting was completed or something was missed.  However, it is late now, call tomorrow morning.  Please check your Community inbox on the top right, envelope icon

Suzie3: Did you confirm the transfer with your old sim still in a phone? Is your old account and sim still working?

I am having the same issue!! Not getting any incoming calls! My activation was yesterday.

@Maheshkumarselv  - are incoming calls working yet?

Have you restarted your device, and performed a reset of the device's network settings?

 

What happens when you dial your phone number that you activated; do you receive an error message?

 

By this point, I hope everything is working for your now. 

If the phone number is an issue you could try and change it yourself on your self serve account under the Change Number option. 

 

OR, CSA's can check your account.

If issues are persisting, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

Try rebooting your phone by holding down the power button then turn it back on. This is a normal procedure when you put in any SIM in your phone.

Choose the chatbot in the lower right corner to contact a CSA. Could be a provisioning problem.

So you ported a number from another carrier to PM? If so did you receive the text from your previous carrier to allow your number to be released? 

Edit: did you leave your old sim in to get the text?
