I’ve been dealing with an agent for a week with still no service. I’ve powered down, done several resets, removed the SIM card and replaced it etc. etc.

there was issue last week but is now all working well. You can Reboot phone and reset network settings and it should be good
but if you need Pm help, Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

last week there were issues in part of Ont and NS, NB. Have you tried restarting your cell ? Try network re-set. If all else fails, message Customer Support...
