@Kimlav Can take 3 weeks to arrive if you need one sooner try local Telus Koodo store for in person pick up or you can ask support for a status update

Reach out to CSA to inquire. If you need one sooner, try TELUS, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik locations - call ahead to see if they have in stock.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
