How come I'm not able to make calls or anyrhig? I made a manual payment through *611 with my CC but I still have no service. I sent a message to a moderator 4 hrs ago and no reply or solution has been made. This is the second time this has happened to me since April and I'm not very happy as this is my only means of a phone in my household!!

First you can try to reboot your phone and see if that helps.

You can also try topping up your account with $1 and reboot your phone.

If that doesn't help try lost/stolen trick.  Log into your account, select plans/add-ons tab, select phone lost and suspend, log out.  Wait several minutes and log back into your account and redo the procedure but this time report phone found and unsuspend.  Restart your phone. 

 

If nothing works, then you'll need to wait for the moderators response.  Unfortunately, they can take upto 48 hours to respond depending upon how many issues are ahead of you.  Good luck!

@Chante88Turn around time from a moderator is around 48 hours +. Have you tried the Lost/Found trick or add $1 to your account?
