Is that for calls or data? What have you done to troubleshoot? What type of phone do you have?
If you have a physical SIM card you could test it in another phone to see if it works.
Also go to your phone settings settings and reset networks.
If you've tried all that and still nothing works you can open ticket with Public Mobile.
