@ashleyduff - are you seeing Suspended in My Account? Log out of My Account completely, then log back in. Does your account still show Suspended?
Is there any owing amount? When is your regularly scheduled renewal date?
If you add the voucher via 611, try restarting your phone, then call 611. Is the status Active or Suspended?

There'a isn't any reason to consider taxes when checking the balance by calling 611. As the balanace is already in the Public Mobile account, taxes have already been paid.
