Hello,

The service has been down since around 4pm last friday.

I tryed everything with chatbot and article..

I don't know what happened, but it's causing me a lit of inconvenience.

just for your reference, the payment was automatically processed on my credit card on the 16th.

Did you check your My Account? Is the service active?

Check if any outage in your area as well

Last, ask PM to help.  Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Try restarting your phone. Try going into your network settings and reset them and reboot.

Check your account and confirm the payment went through. Try your sim card in a different phone.

If all that fails, reach a csa via this link and get them to find out why.
