Please help!!!

 

No service at all, due to changing to the new plan, now shows balance owing, don't know what to do!

Disapointed about the service, regred to recommend to friends/family.....

There's no reason to regret! Once the backlog is cleared and service is up and running, it'll be smooth sailing. You said you've changed your plan correct? Did you have issues with service before this? The level of service hasn't changed at all, support staff is just busier than normal due to a porting issue and the promotion. 🙂

 

Be patient, you've tagged the mods and it's only a matter of time now for your resolution!
