Try resetting the Network setting on your phone and reboot your phone and see if that works.
This was the issue when I was on (Shaw) and it fixed the data issue everytime.

check if you have mobile data limit enabled on the phone, if you have, disable it
if you have a physical sim card, test it on another phone. But if you have eSIM, you can use PM app and get another eSIM for free, that will resolve the problem

Yes I tried turned off my phone and turned it on again, phone call can be made and just couldn’t use my data, paid for April 29 to May still have 20G data

Moving should have nothing to do with your services not working.
Is your account paid up to date? When was the last time you made a payment? Can you make calls? Restart your phone and check again.
Check that your data is enabled.
