Ported over from Freedom. Calls working but text and data not working. Suggestions on how to fix?

In that case, I would reach out to Public Mobile’s customer service: online, it’s the orange chat bubble in the bottom right corner, and on the mobile app, it’s under “Support” then “Contact Us” and select “Chat with an Agent”.

Only one sim currently on phone. It is connected to PM. Data is also using this sim but it is not working. Have reset network settings and restarted phone but no change.

Have you made sure that your old SIM is turned “off”, and your new Public Mobile eSIM is turned “on”? For Apple iPhones, this is found in Settings under Cellular. Also make sure your Cellular Data is set to “Public Mobile” and not “Freedom”. Re-starting the phone after making any changes can help too.

same issue! Ported from freedom yesterday and finally everything is working. My phone shows 5G but the data isnt working

@Cloverlady Try rebooting the phone or rest networks setting see if that helps if you haven’t already , if same get support to help
