My account shows plenty of data left, but my phone shows no internet, you may be out od data from public mobile
I can get to their website and nothing else its acting like my data is out, but I haven't even used half my plan. Tried all troubleshooting, reset network, restarted phone, etc etc. Really need my data back. Phone calls and texts work fine

try Reboot phone and Reset Network settings
and if you need PM help, open ticket. Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
