Hey, I've payed my bill and have an active subscription but no service what so ever. I don't see the network being down and I'm wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

Should have said in the original post that I have restarted my phone! thank you though, it's just frustrating not having service for no outlined reason.

If you haven't already tried, please try restarting your phone. Sometimes, this can help when there is a momentary network issue to get the phone to get back and running a little bit quicker.
