Hello,
I am one of the PM Pioneer. I am currently on the $50 monthly plan, and so is my husband, along with few other colleagues. We are all experiencing a outage on our phones. We are neither able to receive or make calls.
When trying to make a call, it tells us we do not have an active plan on our account.....
My husband just renewed his monthly plan last week for $50 + tax; and my monthly plan payment is not due until the end of this month.
WHAT IS HAPPENING? WHY ARE ALL OUR PHONES NOT WORKING????????
I NEED AN ANSWER!!!!!!

I am frustrated as well, as I use my phone for both personal and business. It's bad enough, that they were dropping all our calls last week, and now this! They need to post a broadcast message to everyone if there is an issue. I know people on a lesser plan with PM, and their phone is working, even while sending this post......

A LOT of people are having issues, me too! My service is suspended today, for no reason! I'm super frustrated. Only answer I get is, "Contact a mod." Which is taking forver to get a reply!!
