On my most recent top up I did not recieve any loyalty credit.
After searching the archive I understand some legacy plans do not recieve loyalty credits, but I have been with PM since 2016 - so I believe I should be earning some?
Any ideas how to resolve?

@Jimothy, if this was your 4th renewal you won't see it yet if you are on the 90 day plans as it is 5 days short of 1 year. You can login to self serve and should see it under rewards for your next renewal.
