I had issues using the Public app to transfer my number from Bell, so I submitted a ticket to @CS_Agent. The agent submitted the request to Bell and said that once we respond "yes" to the text message from Bell, the number will be ported within 2.5 hours.
We responded "yes" over 5 hours ago and the Bell service has been terminated, but we have never received any Activation Summary Email with the QR Code to install the eSim. The App and the website are both stuck in a pre-activation state asking me to finish the process in the app. The app also says the number is invalid now, presumably because the number has always been ported to Public. I have also confirmed with a Bell agent that Telus (Public) owns the number now.
I am hoping we just need a way to install the eSim, but I have not been able to get a response after multiple requests to @CS_Agent to send the Activation Summary Email for me to install the eSim. Please advice.

Unfortunately, the previous eSim is the only one I see.

Check your phone to see if the eSIM automatically instead in your phone. Make it primary or turn on this line. Ensure that you disabled the previous eSIM and restart.
If that still didn't work, then unfortunately you have to wait their reply.
