Just signed up for a new subscription at 10:44am on Sunday 8 September. My account says ive used 4.3gb already. It should be next to 0gb?

hi @JW85 4.3 GB is quite a lot for new subscribers, unless you were testing mobile speed or your app was doing update on the background
try checking it on the website as well to see if you have the same number
if I'm doubt, check with PM support agent

That's not looking correct.
Just to be certain, @JW85 , try logging off, clearing cache and cookies, then logging in again on the website to view this usage.
Other than that, is it possible you have data toggled ON, and wifi toggled OFF?
