New subscriber esim will not register

Hi I just signed up and paid for a new activation.  I pick my number and it tells me that esim registration fails. They qr code. I did not receive one. I am at a loss and everything is going in circles 

 

Please help

Please use the chatbot to open a ticket.  A customer support agent will need to get this switched over to a physical SIM card activation.  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
