My new sim Activation is not working but my credit card account has been charged.
The first no. I selected when activating , when I called went to someone else.When I changed my no. It says the no. Is not active.Can you please help here.my account is xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

@Vpatel11 , since you have been able to activate and was charged, you should use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket to fix the number problem.
