You will need to contact a CS_Agent for the PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) by typing in Submit a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of page or private message on the envelope icon above.

You must have enter a SIM lock on your phone.

This means that your phone is locked to another carrier if your phone is asking for that.  Public Mobile cannot assist with this if your phone is asking for that code when you insert your Public Mobile SIM card. You'll need to get the code from the carrier that the phone is locked to.  You'll also need the SIM network unlock PIN (this is the code that unlocks your device).

Try one or more of the below:

*turn off your phone, leave off for a few minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode

*perform a reset network settings on your device

*try your SIM card into another compatible phone...this could rule out a device issue/setting.

*Is your phone locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

*Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

Did you get charged for the activation? If after above doesn't work and still issues, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.
