I am a new customer… bought an esim… says it’s activated but I have no service … says sos. I need someone to contact me. I cannot use my phone at all

@Austindr  Sorry been some trouble with esim activations . You can first try rebooting the phone or reset network settings see if that helps . But to get support you need to message them . Please
