New activated SIM not working

Purchased a new SIM card Aug 14, and activated, it worked first day, now it’s saying not registered. Please Help.

If the sim card works in another compatible phone, then check to see if the first phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

Try rebooting your phone by powering the phone off then power it back on by holding down the power button.

Whether the customer ask for a number to be ported in or took a new number would make no difference in a situation of the Public Mobile service not working at all.

@p_simmons hi did you try reseating your sim?do you have another phone to try it in,try toggling in and out of airplane mode a few times if that fails you can contact 

 a customer service agent
